Facilities

The main feature of Moraga Ranch’s facilities is a twenty-five yard long, six-lane swimming pool.  The facilities also include a wading pool that is popular among very young children, grass picnic area, upper deck, barbecue grills, and a half-court, basketball court. 

In 2007, Moraga Ranch completed a major renovation project including the construction of the new main swimming pool; pump houses for the main pool and wading pool; installation of new water circulation, heating and treatment equipment; construction of a new concrete, main deck surface around the pools, and upper and lower level Trex deck surfaces; installation of two sail-shade structures and new light fixtures; construction of a new front entrance; and planting of new trees and shrubs.  At the same time, a substantial investment was made in new equipment for the club’s swim team including starting blocks, timing system; electronic scoreboard for instant reporting of swimmers’ times, lane ropes, and pool cover.
